Rates are $125.00 (plus tax) a night
plus a $85
cleaning fee. Monthly rates are available.
We require a two-night deposit to hold your
dates with the balance due 30 days prior to
your departure for Kauai. |

Please read the terms and conditions prior
to making a reservation:
1) SECURITY DEPOSITS
We do not require a security deposit,
however, guests are responsible for the cost
of any repairs, as well as, extra cleaning
due to damage caused by guests or friends of
the guest.
2)
CANCELLATIONS
Deposits are non-refundable, however, they
may be used towards a future reservation.
Cancellations made after we have received
the full payment will not be refunded unless
we are able to rebook the unit during the
same dates. |
